Breaking bad habits and making new bad habits
We have spent months laying low due to the pandemic and our daily routines have been interrupted and changed, but not always for the better. We seem to have discovered the conservation of anti-wholesomeness law. We used to leave the house at 6:30AM and stop and get some 600-calorie coffee drink on our way to work. Now we work at home and have a beer and cold pizza at 8:45AM. Probably not a good trade. What anti-wholesomeness activities have you found yourself engaged in over these past few months? Does this bother you or are you okay with it? At least you stayed out of jail.
